The job involved the understanding of the working and the manufacturing processes involved in the manufacturing of Isolation Ball Valves. It included creating Machining Process Sheets for individual components to be used in the Machining Workshop and ISO Documentation. It involved use of Excel and AutoCAD.

My responsibilities included making a detailed survey about the production plan and the types of stampings that were done at the company. The work also involved preparing a detailed report about the methodology and every process that were performed.

My job involved around observing the processing of steel procured in the form of Coils. It involved understanding each and every method of processing steel into an end cut product, for manufacturing. I made an end report detailing all the aspects as a part of this project.
