• o Shipment tracking update – pick up and delivery.o Monitoring shipment movement - held in Sales Tax, coordinating customers on problematic shipments for required alternate & timely pick up generation and/or delayed.
• Capture pick up requests and forwarding to operations collection & dispatch team.
• Serve as one-point contact for Key accounts assigned. Responsibilities to include – o COD shipment processing – tracking movement, monitoring, and generating updates. o Pulling and circulating for delivered and.
• Responsible for monitoring for operational discrepancies and generating corrective action accordingly.
• Responsible for MIS processing per customer and/or management requirement and submission accordingly to customer and/or management.
• Responsible to provide training to new members specific to company policy, telephone handling skills, handling irritate customers, etc.
