• Monitoring of “3PL Logistics Partner. Handling escalations of CC, E-mail support & NDR Calling Team.• Responsible to maintain COD/Prepaid shipments service level.• Monitor performance of 3PL Couriers Logistics on:• Pincode performance Level• The number of Order Status, Complaints etc.• 90% within TAT delivery.Reconciliation :-• 3PL Shipment level reconciliation for cod & PP Shipment.• NDC closure on Periodic basic with the Service Provider.• SLA Deduction on breaching Service level.

o Shipment tracking update – pick up and delivery.o Monitoring shipment movement - held in Sales Tax, coordinating customers on problematic shipments for required alternate & timely pick up generation and/or delayed pickups. o Documenting customer escalations and forwarding them in attention of respective functional heads for resolution.• Capture pick up requests and forwarding to operations collection & dispatch team.• Serve as one-point contact for Key accounts assigned. Responsibilities to include – o COD shipment processing – tracking movement, monitoring, and generating updates. o Pulling and circulating for delivered and undelivered shipments on daily basis. o Generating daily MIS for customer accounts assigned.o Monitoring and action processing for e-commerce shipments – client specific.• Responsible for monitoring for operational discrepancies and generating corrective action accordingly.• Responsible for MIS processing per customer and/or management requirement and submission accordingly to customer and/or management.• Responsible to provide training to new members specific to company policy, telephone handling skills, handling irritate customers, etc.
