• Handling a portfolio of projects at any given time, managed various stakeholders needs and expectations across each project milestone and scope of works and reported project updates• As a result of sheer performance at Millennium Information Technologies Ltd., I was offered to work for KMBL who requested my expertise as a Project Manager to drive projects from concept to delivery and handover phase• Delivered each scope of works, project milestones and objectives set on time, in budget• Project Management and Project Delivery of an online HMRS payroll management system using Agile methodology• Using agile methodology, delivered android based application designed for recovery officers to collect loan installments from clients of the financial institute controlling the entire implementation• Completion of process mapping “As-Is” and “To-Be” functional and non-functional user requirements for the transition of each program of works from concept to delivery valued at AU$10M• Maintained healthy working relationships with stakeholders including C-level stakeholders and achieved recognition while managing expectations and delivering process analysis of functional and non-functional business cases• Subsequent development of business case to streamline delivery of ERP System, a business as usual project incorporating a variety of end to end change management program requests across the application• Completion of an online clearing front end for stockbrokers to meet their operational requirements that helps in managing risk by providing real time information called Clearing and Settlement (CNS)• Worked in challenging environment at all times with various budget restraints and limited access to business resources including presenting at workshops on site for over 500 + users• Managed multiple vendor relationships, project risks, budgets and was accountable for all SDLC phases across multiple stages of each program of works
