Accountability: 1700 beds combined, all units.-Won the Leader's Award in 2020.-Accountable for L&T & Quality Driving of 2200 employees.-Part of the Anti-sexual Harassment committee and chief advisory board to strategic HR committee.-Implemented LMS devised skillset development program for the Nurses upgrading their skillsets from Wards>ICUs>OT by a controlled curriculum and a certification criteria.
