• Interact with clients to resolve their system and network issues over mail and phone.• Expand & maintain Datacenter Network (LAN & WAN) for new customers.• Configure & Maintain Customer Firewall Policy as per customer requirement.• Configure outside and inside access policy for customer.• Assisting the clients for handling their remote, dedicated and co-located servers in updating, patching and back up of servers.• Manage Juniper SRX 650 Router, SRX 550 FWSM (Firewall Module) & EX-4200 Switch.• Configure, Maintain and Monitor monitoring software for NOC like; Nagios, PRTG, MRTG, Op-manager, Net flow Analyzer, Zabbix, Whats Up Gold, Event log Viewer tools.• Installation and Maintenance of VMware ESX.• Install and configuration VPS(Virtual Private Server) for customer in virtual environment.• Manage SAN storage.• Work on IBM Storage DS5020 & 3512, Dell Power Vault MD-3600f, SAN/NAS Storage.• Firmware up-gradation of blade center (IBM Blade Center H&S) and blade server (HS22&23).• Installation of control panels e.g. cPanel, Parallel Plesk(windows & Linux), Website Panel, etc• Manage customer reseller account in Windows & Linux Plesk control panel & mail server• Manage servers with windows 2003/2008/2012, SQL 2005/2008• Coordinate with vendors for Hardware problem• Backup of Switch conf, Router conf, cPanel, Windows Plesk, Linux Plesk, NS server, ADS, PRTG, MTRG and VPS(Virtual Private Server).• Configure & Maintain Mail servers e.g. Smartermail, Hmail, Mail Enable Server.• Day to day use software: VDR for back up of all VPS, FWSM, and IPS/IDS signature update check and Internet Mailing Security Gateway.
