Managing EUC/DC Software Licenses for Visteon

• Manually evaluate and report License Compliance for IBM Subcapacity, Oracle Database, SuSE Enterprise Linux, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SPLA and VMware (VSphere, VCenter) Products.• Managed external (KPMG) Audit for iBM Software Compliance.• Connect with Vendors (SoftwareONE, Nuvias, SHI, McAfee LLC, Fortinet), Procurement, Finance to manage/renew existing contracts and negotiate new contracts.• Work with Account Architects and propose options to Optimize License consumption (Eg: SQL Standard over Enterprise for smaller workloads)• Established License Management Operational document including process flow diagram for each contractual deliverable.• Achieved 95% scan coverage of "eligible" systems by adding/troubleshooting missing servers in Ansible identified by monthly review of baseline Vs Coverage• Ordering and cancellation of Baremetals in IBM Cloud

• One point of contact for customer towards Service Management related topics (Incident, Problem, Change). • Ensure Availability SLA's and KPI's defined in Contract are met and take corrective actions in case of failure.
