In charge of company’s daily operation. Provided custom manufacturing services to US customers that were outsourced to manufacturing service providers in China. Prepared fliers for trade-show to collect leads, made cold calls to contact prospects, engaged potential customers to provide high quality service at low cost and quick service cycle time, took customer orders, created a project for each customer orders, processed customer project according to optimized project management work-flow.Allocated each project to project managers in China and managed them to work together with US customers and service providers in China. Developed QA plans, manual testing cases and data-driven automated testing framework using WinRunner. Project tech lead in Algorex Incorporation and then National Semiconductor Corporation through NSC’s acquisition of Algorex in December 1999. Designed and developed software tools that translate application software from one platform to another with different assembly languages. Used MS Virtual Studio and MS VC++.

Tech lead to design and develop automated testing tools that calculates and reports test coverage and performance of C/C++ programs. Ported the tools from UNIX to Windows environment and enhanced their Windows version features using Microsoft C/C++.
