My responsibilities were* Designed and delivered SOA based architectures for the high transaction distributed payment system.* Involved in Project Stakeholder and Customer Management.* Lead a small team of 4 solution architects, helping them deliver technical designs.* Supported a development a team of 40 members spread across UK & India.

HSBC FastBalance HSBC FastBalance is a Mobile Banking Application with balance enquiry, mini statement and mobile topup features. Starting from scratch this project was successfully developed and deployed to production in about 4 months. Currently there are around 2 Million customers and when released it was among the top 5 financial apps for months.My responsibilities were* Lead developer for complete Java/J2EE Server-Side component development. * Creating Technical Design Documents.* Supported other teams like release engineering, service delivery for successful production deployment.* Working with project management, solution architects and other stake holders as primary contact from engineering team.Visa Europe Mobile PaymentsVisa Europe Mobile payment solution is a Mobile Person-to-Person payments and Visa Alerts system with services designed to help consumers manage their money and make payments using their mobile phones.My responsibilities were* Leading a development team of Technical Architects and Senior Developers spread across UK and India delivering few components in the payment solution.* Acted as a Lead Developer developed and delivered core security module using J2EE technologies.* Worked with project managers and other stake holders as an accountable member of development.* Client engagement through regular product and technical demo during development.

Responsibilities: As a UI Architect I was responsible designing and developing components. Worked with business analyst and other stakeholder to design the user interface components for new workflow system. Developed the user interface components for inventory management, registration and workflow modules. Liaising with teams across multiple countries such as testing team and infrastructure team.

HNG-X - A £29.5 million redevelopment program which will replace majority of Post Office’s production systems with widely recognised technology standards based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles, Web Interfaces & J2EE Technologies.My responsibilities were * Led team 4 developers responsible for delivering the accounting and backoffice module using Java Enterprise technologies.* Engaged client by having weekly demo and getting valuable feedback during development.* Initiated and delivered on various engineering automation test, build engine framework to increase efficiency through Continuous Delivery and Validation.

Built using ‘Agile methodology’, this project aimed to automate retail business of Specsavers. The solution was build completely and delivered on open source Java Enterprise technologies with 0 licence cost.Followed various XP engineering practices particularly test-driven development using junit and easymock , pair programming, simple design, re factoring etc.My responsibilities involved design and delivering various module required for this touch panel retail application.
