Documentation :➢ Preparation of Equipment Interchange Receipt:▪ Preparation of EIR for Export container based on shipping order and EIR For Import containers based on Delivery Order.▪ Preparation of Monthly throughput, Vessel Productivity Reports.➢ Vessel Planner:▪ Receiving EDI files of Baplie and COPRAR for discharging and loading list.▪ Prepare Discharging Documents based on Import EDI Baplie and COPRAR.▪ Preparation of Vessel Plan and loading documents. ▪ Approval the loading plan from Vessel Chief Officer.▪ Dispatching all discharging and loading documents to Checkers and Supervisors.▪ Explain the Crane Programmes to the Supervisor and guide them for smooth operations.➢ Yard Planner:▪ Pre yard planning based on Macro and Micro Yard Planning.▪ Co ordinate with gate checkers for receiving and delivery containers.▪ Co operates with the team for smooth yard operations.▪ Arranged the dwell time containers for delivery➢ Operations Controller:▪ To arrange the equipment and manpower▪ Co ordinate with Planner and arrange Discharging and loading programmes.▪ Co operates with the transporter and arrange smooth delivery .▪ Training for the yard and Crane checkerShift In charge:▪ Co ordinate with planners and supervisors for vessel good productivity.▪ Co operates with all Equipment operators, supervisors, planners , checkers and labors.▪ Preparation of Daily Action Report, Shift Report and sending to Management▪ Supporting to Management to give good productivity and improvement.
