Responsible for end-to-endRoll Out from raising WO in SAP and ensuring timely dispatch / delivery of ATM machines and necessaryassets to sites across India.Installations of ATMs are scheduled on-time as per customer requirements and the necessary completiondocumentation is taken for further payment process.Collections of Payments from Banks & MSP are within deadlines as per SLAs by close co-ordination withthe regional teams / RO.End to end deployment on ATMs and New Bank Branches across Karnataka is handled which includessite identification, survey, and finalization of the site and co-ordination with vendors for site preparationwhich includes Civil, Interior Furnishing, Electrical, AC & CCTV etc.Handled a team of 8 members for Operations and Site Maintenance related services for the ATM/Banksites across Karnataka (1300+) for Housekeeping and Security Services including Air conditioners / UPSinstallations and AMC. Ensured the timely audit for the sites are completed for better upkeep of sitesfor customers.Managed the ATM project rollout execution for various banks ICICI, HDFC, Axis, CBI, IOB, RBL, VijayaBank, Syndicate, DOP, and Suryoday across Karnataka. Successfully completed about 1100+ sites inATM project.

Infrastructure set up with site acquisition & negotiation, ensuring site identification/finalization (indoor/outdoor/rooftop) as per load center, liaising, legal and financial aspects across Karnataka.SPOC between South Hub Office management of Bharti Airtel Ltd and other cluster leads of AndhraPradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala for closure of agreements for new acquisitions.Network Cost concise reports regarding monthly Opex of Karnataka that is related to network expensesis flashed and necessary steps taken to reduce operational expenditures by 5% annually.Monthly review: Flash & Forecast, Provisions that is related to site acquisition, network maintenance costto be presented to higher management and any unavoidable difference is analyzed.Annual Operational Expenditure & Annual Capital Expenditure is projected for the forthcoming financialyear.To ensure the RoW permission is received on time in co-ordination with Government authorities like BDA,KIADB, BMP, CMC, Gram Panchayat etc for set up of new projectsRegular co-ordination with the internal customers across Karnataka for requiring RoW permission toachieve the customer connectivity targets each month.Monthly report for the permission received from various Govt authorities & the work executed is trackedand ensured to resolve the customer complaints within TAT.
