Responsible for the Project Management of the Microwave and AAV build for the Network Vision and First Energy Projects of the complete Northern Sprint Network Region. This included over 4,300 sites out of Sprints North/Eastern areas. Manage delivery and overlay via Microwave and AAV to support the deployment. Manage client teams during various phases of project. Provide support and address issues for Sprint team members, while understanding their unique, and complimentary roles, interdependencies and responsibility of each within the project framework. Manage contracts, communicate scope of work and develop schedule forecast with team members. Manage Microwave Engineers to conduct site walks and engineering over the network. Manage, develop and monitor timelines coordinating the broad scope of activities representing RF Engineering, Network Engineering, Site Acquisition, and Construction Management. Work within a budget, purchase orders and invoicing and maintain team flexibility and cohesiveness in response to aggressive time schedules. Manage project plan and budget for all assigned activities on Microwave and AAV deployment. Create strong customer relations with Sprint and communication including negotiations and delivery of services. Ensure the link between Sprint and Samsung is maintained providing timely, tactful and accurate information. Manage an aggressive schedule and insure all vendors and contractors meet the dates. Manage proper solutions to all obstacles are provided. Manage over four thousand sites from start to finish on Microwave and AAV development. Manage and coordinate engineering, construction and installation to schedules and budget.
