Foundation Credit is a $1.6bln credit manager focused on municipal credit, infrastructure, and project finance. I helped sponsor a new direct lending strategy in order to finance projects critical to enhancing local municipal infrastructure. PSP is a significant GP in Foundation Credit.

I worked with the CEO, Joe Negri, to create Evergreen Residential. A full service residential real estate platform involved in managing and financing residential real estate. We are currently focused on scaling our financing platform, our residential real estate asset manager, and our build to rent operating business.
