With a strong academic foundation and a passion for excellence, I completed my M.Tech from IIT BHU. The immersive environment at IIT BHU not only refined my technical skills  but also instilled in me a holistic understanding of engineering principles and commitment to innovation and problem-solving.At my previous workplace, as a dedicated professional, I had the privilege of contributing significantly during my tenure at BSNL where i navigated challenges with resilience, ensuring seamless operations. This experience has been invaluable in shaping my professional journey and enhancing my technical expertise.Currently I am working as an Assistant Professor but my role extends beyond traditional teaching, as I actively contribute to the development of the department and the overall educational landscape. Simultaneously, I serve as the faculty in-charge of the startup cell, where I am deeply involved in nurturing the innovative spirit of our students. In this capacity, I orchestrate a range of activities—from seminars, webinars, and workshops to hackathons and ideathons—to create a dynamic ecosystem that fosters entrepreneurship. Our goal is to transform creative ideas into viable startups, and I take pride in guiding these young minds through every stage of their journey. As a researcher and educator, I am committed to bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world applications.
