Responsible for piping deliverables Fabrication Isometrics, Location key plan (GAD), nozzle reports of Equipment.Studying the inputs for pipe routing, preparing the conceptual design, support arrangement, handling of feasibility, constructability and consistence with provision for expansion and flexibility of pipe.Planning and effective utilization of existing plant area by keeping all layout and feasible constraints.Creating detailed 3D Modeles that demonstrate access ways to Equipments and space management.Key focal for internal deliverables like Stress system isos, Releasing Iso for inter discipline checks (IDC), P&ID & mark ups.Reviewing vendor documents to ensure Mating flanges, Size, Spec, Tie-In, and Client comments are updated.Modelling of Equipment’s like Gas Filter, Metering Skid, Air Reciver, Fire Water Pump Skid, Pig launcher.Reviewing of 3D model and interference check using Navis Works.Giving inputs to structural team after modeling the dummy support and pipe rack.Extracting piping layout, plan/section/details, Isometric,Bom,Clash report,.
