Current➢ Handling complete end-to-end (E2E) recruitment. ➢ Requirement gathering & understanding the requirements given by various clients for their manpower positions. ➢ Identifying candidates through various sources such as Job portals, Employee’s Reference, Internal Database, Social Networking Sites like Facebook, Linkedin etc. ➢ Using the Job Portals like Monster, Naukri, TimesJobs to successfully source the right candidates according to the job description. ➢ Screening candidates. ➢ Schedule & co-ordinate technical interview with the leads. ➢ Follow up with the selected candidates, and keeping them warm till their actual joining. ➢ Maintaining daily Recruitment Tracker. ➢ Reporting to the managers on recruitment status on a daily basis. ➢ Experience handling requirements in different IT Technologies which are available in the market. ➢ Excellent understanding of staffing industry with ability to work independently. ➢ Directly involved in full life cycle recruitment of contract, contract to hire(C2H) and direct hire candidates for various IT verticals. ➢ Developed excellent rapport and effective working relationships with team and manager. ➢ Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clients to generate business and obtain leads.
