Scope of Works : Scaffolding, Blasting & Painting, Insulation and Structure & Piping.Duties:• Responsible personal to manage and overseeing assigned project’s operation and report to Project Manager.• Prepare and provide all project status related reports to project manager and clients.• Assist Project Manager to develop project scheduling and budgeting as per project specifications and requirements.• Responsible to maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating plans and resolving problems.• Responsible to control project cost in term of material and manpower and strictly monitor approved budget to achieve 15% cost reduction.• Continuously allocate and provide necessary resources to project team for smooth project operation. • To maintain healthy unbilled and debtor aging for assigned project.• To generate 12 firm RFQ in a year for the specified scope of work.• To secure new project or order from new or existing clients regardless of any value.• To achieve sales target percentage as per assigned by Branch Manager.• Maintain company reputation and quality of work by full compliance to all company procedures and policies.

• Track project costing and duly key in into QNE system for records.• Intermediate personnel between Project Management Teams (PMT’s) and Management or Office individuals.• Complete weekly and monthly Project Overview Report.• Complete overall Project Management Report.• Capture monthly Actual Cost in Job Cost Budget.• Alert red flags to PMT’s or management individuals when project Profit & Loss reaches the red zone.• Assisting Operation Team and Project Manager in various duties whenever required.• Set up templates or control spread sheet to track and study project quality and operation.• Responsible in study and control project billing cycle.• Responsible in attending meeting whenever required by HOD/Project Manager.• To comply with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
