CurrentTo create a platform of WE CARE culture across the Refinery through people initiatives to enhance family bondage. To facilitate an end to end support to the Line Managers in Managing their people resources to maintain high Employee engagement and to be a vital supporting link to Employees with the Organisation within the ambit of HR policies framework,. • To ensure role clarity is in place for all the positions• To ensure performance contract for every identified positions aligned to the department objectives• To identify development needs & facilitate in imparting training programs to the team members• To ensure proper manning of personnel & initiate job rotation periodically to facilitate job enrichment• To prepare the annual HR budget• To prepare the annual HR initiative aligned to the overall Refinery Business Plan• To Plan the monthly HRD Executive meetings with RLT highlighting people Issues /Initiatives to derive decisions to roll out• To plan the HR Plan for the year & factor the same in the performance contract of all the identified HR positions• To design HR systems & processes to enhance transparency, employee connectivity, enhancement of skills, review & recognize the high performance and also design the employee welfare schemes• To facilitate in deployment of Corporate HR systems, processes & procedures.• To periodically check the effectiveness of the systems, processes & procedure• Effective deployment of PMS process & other HR & OD initiatives• Ensuring compliance to procedures and requirements• Insightful analysis of performance trends with recommendations• Bi weekly, weekly , monthly HR MIS focusing on various initiatives during the month, manpower status, development initiatives & various key issues• To maintain the updated manpower database and also the Org structures for effective manning• Recruitment MIS on a monthly basis• Status on various HR initiatives periodically
