It had one of the best apps and the most efficient operational processes in the industry. It eclipsed its older rivals Big Basket and Grofers in terms of orders delivered in a short span of time from inception. At its peak, Peppertap delivered 45,000 orders a day with ~99% SLAs. Peppertap shut down in 2016 due to paucity of funds. -
