Devagya Shanker is an explorer by nature who is always on the lookout for innovation everywhere. He came across disruptive technologies and got attracted to blockchain technology. He gathered further interest in the technology and co-founded CryptoR, a decentralised cryptocurrency exchange and a non-fungible token platform (DEX & NFT). He believes that success in the crypto industry will be a function of managing strong communities. He works hard to develop communities to empower CryptoR's ecosystem and is determined to provide a sustainable business model by keeping these communities active. He is working on the plans to create a blockchain technology based social platform to keep the communities engaged. He is working on the plans to replicate select current financial applications into cryptocurrencies to develop index funds and other applications to help users in their decision making process. This will be especially helpful with the growing influence of cryptocurrencies when crypto-investments will occupy more space in people's investment portfolio. Devagya Shanker carries sound academic records and is a Gold Medalist from Bhartiya Vidya Peeth (B.Tech.). He completed his Masters of Business degree from Monash University, Australia that helped him developing many skills. He has volunteered several programmes and has presented papers on educational forums.
