Projects I worked on:- Engineered a context-aware multi-agent architecture for a chatbot for instant user enquiry resolution utilizing OpenAI GPT, achieving macro average98.9% precision and 96.7% recall in intent classification on testing.Developed and deployed an agent-assistance chat app, supporting continuous evaluation.- Contributed to the architecturing and testing of ML pipeline for customer support automation (Emails), addressing lowagent bandwidth & high complaint volumes. It resolves ~20% of monthly complaints & improves resolution times by ~90%.- Assisted in inhouse selfie eKYC solution, reducing verification costs by~90%, supporting over ~5k monthly users.- Developed and deployed a scoring algorithm to enhance the selection and allocation of low-quality customersupport interactions (text/call) for unbiased audit.- Optimized merchant name extraction logic for UPI & PPI transactions and merchant-level categorization logic enabling detailed spend analytics for ~3k unique merchanttransactions daily.- Designed and deployed an anomaly detection algorithm to identify misuse of the slice-mini reward points feature.- Established performance metrics and created dashboards for drift monitoring.
