Supporting the Farmer Producer Organization Component of Green Logistic Project in building baselines (Reporting and developing rating grid) for designing capacity building and Technical Interventions (guidance to the component in achieving the objectives).• Implementing the designed technical interventions, identifying the challenges faced by the farmer producer organization and formulating strategies to address the same.

Part of the Umbrella Programme on Natural Resource Management (UPNRM) team. The main job responsibilities include:• Support in development of natural resource based business models for financing which are sustainable.• Impact Assessment (Social, economic and environmental) of UPNRM Projects and Documenting Business Models.• Capacity Building for Channel Partners (loan takers) Involved in UPNRM by way of handholding support and exposure visits.• Actively strategizing methods to recover from stressed/Non Performing Assets (NPA) projects under UPNRM.• Part of the Loss and Damage Quantification assignment for Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation.• Managing the Online Monitoring System and Management Information System Software for UPNRM Projects.• Strategizing joint business development of the programme with private players through CSR and other funds.• Content Guidance in developing Knowledge products for the programme.• Business development to those areas which are not financially included, like North East part through UPNRM.• Managed the working of Regional Co-ordination Unit, UPNRM, and Bangalore in project Monitoring and Evaluation. • Contributed to high level reporting to BMZ (German Federal Ministry for Economic Co-operation and Development) representing German Development Co-operation and Government of India.

• Covered the entire Karnataka and Tamil Nadu States as a part of the Sugar Mill visit and visited 30 Sugar Mills. • Conducted a detailed study on the Value chain, Risks and Challenges associated on the Seller and Buyer side, Supply Chain dynamics, Procurement, Sales and Marketing Strategies, Price and its fluctuation, Statistical Study, and overall learning on the working of the Sugar Mill. • Analysed how Future trading and hedging can reduce the loss associated with the Industry.
