Scheme in the states of India and Handling Central Govt. Scheme (RUSA). Data Analysis and Reporting: Tabulation and consolidation of data provided by the state of India time to time. Documentation& Report Writing, drafting of MoMs, guidelines, etc. Communication: Have to do time to time update state, make communication in a regular mode. Also follow up the state team regarding national level meetings, conferences and any information. Handling State queries: State query: After receiving state queries, working on resolution on queries. Verifications of central approval and sanction amount to the states. Creation and update of Component wise and Institution wise state data for RUSA 1 & 2.Working on Time to time work assigned by the Ministry of Education to TSG. Proposal: Scrutiny of proposal, checking central sanctions, state sanctions, utilization certificates, Physical inspection reports and other supporting documents and communicate with state team if any deficiencies or any pendency to be solved. After finalizing, I recommend state proposal to the section for further processing along with the team members.

Team Leader of NRLM at Block level. Day to day team management/facilitation and monitoring to implement the project within a given timeframe.To plan cluster wise livelihood plans (Farm, Non-Farm, Tourism, Enterprises development, Growth Centers, etc.) and implementation plans for people based on their needs.Preparation of an annual action plan and achievement of goals based on it.Coordination with Government dept/Banks /Social Organization an externally aided Finance agencies. Formation, strengthening and training of Block level Federations, Cluster level federations, Village level federations and self help groups. To establish micro enterprises and regular affiliation to let them to sustainable mode.Resource management, human resource and financial resource by linking with other institutions.To organize need based trainings/campaign with the community to enhance their capacity and knowledge.To support, review and monitor the community cadres (senior community resource person, community resource person, cluster and VO – Book keepers, Micro credit plan (MCP) trainer, Bank Sakhi and other cadres.To manage the monthly meeting of federation at cluster level and Block level.To facilitate and support financial intermediation at Federation level- loan sanction, disbursal, and timely repayment. Responsible for executing specialist thematic function at Block Level, and supporting community coordinators in core IB functions i.e. SHG capacity building, nurturing, and strengthening with coordination of field-based activities at the cluster level.The coordinate and roll out various livelihoods interventions i.e. farms, off-farm and non-farm with the active involvement of the VO's in conjunction with the specialized community cadre for each of the interventions. Training and developing a cadre of CRPs for scaling up in the various livelihood interventions. Responsible for producing village livelihood plans (which deals with the current livelihoods of SHG HHs and potential opportunities).

Lead and provide technical guidance, supervision, and support to all aspects of livelihoods on the program (include planning, budget management, implementation, and reporting). Planning, monitoring, achievement of targets and Strategic Guidance to activities related to community mobilization and institution building & capacity building intervention in the project.Provide capacity building and training of CARE and partners for livelihoods interventions.Develop standards and systems for implementing livelihood working with rural communities.
