- Provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of PBGC’s Office of Negotiations and Restructuring (ONR) made up of 115 people split between four critical insurance program areas (multiemployer financial assistance, standard terminations, corporate finance, and actuarial analysis).

- Serves as an expert in the management and retrieval of electronically stored information and other records of significance to the electronic discovery (eDiscovery) process including legal risk management, privacy and security under statutory OMB and NIST standards and guidelines. - Consults with the Chief Counsel regarding the effectiveness of the litigation program. Reviews the effectiveness of current strategies, policies, and legal positions in meeting PBGC’s needs and objectives and recommends broad changes as necessary. Advises on future requirements for projected legal activities.

- Manage the PBGC Office of Negotiations and Restructuring's (ONR) strategic planning process and serve as legal technology program manager on case management software, Oracle performance reports, and document management systems. - Serve as adviser to the Chief Counsel on matters of policy and management within the Office of Chief Counsel (OCC) including but not limited to inter-departmental communication strategy, office goals, long term planning, and human resource concerns.

- Serve as agency counsel in large multi-million dollar Chapter 11 bankruptcy actions including serving as primary counsel on creditor’s committees, and claims negotiations.- Negotiate and secure settlements in early warning/ plan funding pre-termination actions. - Analyze the law, draft court filings, and other litigation duties pertaining to pensions, ERISA’s fiduciary duty requirements under Title I, and all aspects of ERISA Title IV.

- Worked closely with senior executives and managers in seven federal government agencies developing and monitoring fundraising goals and communication strategies for the $60 million CFC campaign.

- Trained, facilitated, and aided in the identification and drafting of groundwork policies including but not limited to new media, annual appeal, organizational values, coalitional memoranda, chapter agreements, and bylaws. - Analyzed and planned for improved sustainability including fundraising, volunteer mobilization, intergenerational communications, and marketing planning. - Received a Women’s Information Network, Young Woman of Achievement Award nomination for my work with the council.
