I am a Paint Lab Technician at The NARMCO Group, where I perform quality inspections for major automotive manufacturers, such as GM, Volkswagen, Toyota, and Chrysler. I use various testing methods, such as non-conformance, adhesion, film build, salt spray, humidity, and corrosion testing, to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications and standards. I also carry out titration to check the alkalinity of the different stages on the paint line, RO water generation, and waste water treatment. I am certified in Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma, SolidWorks Professional, and Autodesk User, and I have skills in sheet metal design, Ansys Mechanical, and manufacturing drawings.I have a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor, where I learned the principles and applications of mechanical design, analysis, and optimization. I have also gained hands-on experience in using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Matlab to design and model industrial components and systems, such as cross car beam, floor tunnel, floor pan, and fixture stands. In my previous roles as a Mechanical Designer at Ambica Engineering and a Quality Inspector at Plasman, I applied my knowledge and skills to assist in creating and improving industrial products and processes, resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, and quality. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my expertise in industrial standards and design enhancements.
