It started as a young boy dismantling radios and other electronics and has blossomed into a everlasting love of learning IT. Being in the field for almost a decade, I fully understand how something minor can frustrate users and one small issue can have a domino effect and be extremely impactful.I enjoy brainstorming and learning new things.
