 Made new proposals to new clients for getting the work for PMC. Constantly took updates from Project Coordinator of different PMC projects and tracking the progress of the project, also solving certain issue pertaining to work progress. Managed and Coordinated with various technical Architectural, Engineering department and also clients to fulfil their requirements with respect to the project. Kept an update of all the projects in firm and keep their progress going smoothly by delivering the deliverables on time and as scheduled. Exercised strict vigil and control on the project deliverables, meeting project deadlines and documentation of project processes while handling multiple projects. Played an important role in developing new process, creating project deliverables tracking sheet and interdependent critical activities sheet that subsequently streamlined the progress of the project. Acquired hands on exposure to managing external vendors for different areas like Plumbing, Engineering, etc. and interaction with the Internal Customers like Architects, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Finance.

Member of team involved in design charrettes of different projects. Was the Organization Representative for presenting opinion at various forums and client meetings across India and other parts of the world.  Responsible for creating project concept and design based on client requirement and specification. Built a team of consultants while finalizing the contractor for design development and final onsite execution.
