His innovative financial strategies contributed significantly to the company's growth and sustainability.Before co-founding Dexter, Dev worked in the India COO’s Office at Credit Suisse, where he planned and executed operational and corporate governance activities. This involved collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and analyzing functional relationships between different operational areas.Dev's career began in auditing at KPMG India. He evaluated group components of India’s largest conglomerate group entities with revenues exceeding US$113 billion. His responsibilities included conducting audits, assessing financial exposures, and providing strategic recommendations.
