• Preparing and resetting Receiving Area. • Unloading and sorting general merchandise trailers. • Completing live unloading of other types of merchandise. • Maintaining cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving and stocking. • Pulling pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing. • Assisting in stocking the sales floor as assigned and providing customer service when necessary. • Label and placing overstock merchandise. • Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

• Quickly and effectively completes all purchasing deals, including the deactivation of goods in relation to the EAS Program.• Promotes company-sponsored projects like charitable giving, merchandise protection, and credit card services.• Assures that secure job procedures are followed, such as proper lifting and maintaining a tidy workspace.• Upholds register integrity and security through careful cash management, obedience to applicable business policies, and environmental consciousness.• When necessary, refers appropriate assistance and transactional matters to a customer service manager.
