My father owns a General Contractor company in India. I have seen Ongoing Construction, Management of various Projects, Various difficulties in Construction Projects since my childhood. I was sure to build my career in the Construction Industry since an early age. I have witnessed the evolution of the construction industry and that is the thing which most excites me to Step into this Industry.I have done my Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, INDIA. During my final year, I was fortunate enough to get selected for the Internship program Organized by one of the giant Construction companies named Larsen and Toubro Construction Inc., after completion of my internship I started working as Jr. Engineer in Rushabhdev Infra. Projects Pvt. Ltd. Along with that I have developed Transparent Concrete as part of my Final Year Project and won a GOLD MEDAL in Project Fair held in university and then after I published 3 research papers regarding my research and Hard work.Then after I got an opportunity to come to CANADA for further studies and I have been Graduated in Construction Project Management and BIM and Integrated Practice. In which I have learned to establish construction laws, standards, and procedures in the planning and decision-making process. I have gained excellent skills in planning, scheduling, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish along with that during my second course I have learned to Prepare BIM Execution plan, BIM management, and various software.During my tenure, I obtained extensive knowledge and experience to deal with people of different backgrounds. My experience of working in different places has furnished my linguistic and social-interaction proficiency.I always enjoy meeting new people and learning new ideas or innovations.
