Hi, I'm Devam and I am an ex-management consultant and a full time entrepreneur.I am the Co-founder of Zekardo where we are rethinking the vehicle health management space. Our vision is to change the way Indian car owners manage their vehicle health. We are doing this by enabling car owners with a tool that provides them with unmatched knowledge about their machines along with diagnostic capabilities that minimizes human bias while predicting their vehicle's repair and servicing requirements. By doing this not only will we be protecting car owners from a knowledge standpoint but will also help reduce their post purchase car repair and maintenance costs. We believe its about time Indian car owners became more proactive about their vehicle's health rather than being reactive and pushed into taking care of it in the name of attractive packages, discounts and free pick and drop.While I am full time engaged at Zekardo, I do take some time out to pursue my passion of training and mentoring young professionals. I run 3 courses - Enhancing your Employability Quotient, Core Consulting Skills to be an effective internal consultant for your organization and HR Analytics for Generalists and Business Partners. I also mentor professionals with varied experiences on a 1-to-1 basis on a variety of issues - ranging from employment, cracking interviews, dealing with difficult situations at work, creating an executive presence and much more.A bit about the years gone by. My love for consulting ensured that I spent 15+ years of my life as a management consultant in India and the Middle East. While I started out as a Supply Chain consultant, I quickly moved towards Strategy & Transformation primarily focused towards solving sales, marketing, customer experience and front end process and technology transformation mandates for clients. I have been fortunate enough to work across a number of industries which include Auto, FMCG, Retail, Pharma and Real Estate amongst others and have helped companies improve their topline as well as bottom-line.I am now using my consulting experience in my startup and am also providing an interesting twist to conventional training and 1-to-1 mentoring with an aim to provide workable solutions to issues faced by young professionals.
