Hello there!My name is Devan Barnes but I go by my middle name which is Aislynn. I am a thriving instructional designer and graphic artist who is eager to learn new skills and add to my repertoire. My instructional design skills have strengthened over the past few years and I am proficient in many learning and development programs and models. I grasp the understanding of the ADDIE and SAM models to use in program development. I am well versed in the making of ILT’s, micro-learnings, eLearning, video and audio editing, infographics, user guides, facilitator/participant guides, etc. My graphic design background consists of designing projects in different areas such as promotional posters, brochures for a local businesses, animated GIFs, learning materials, page layouts for annuals reports, business menus, exhibits for a museum, rack cards, etc. I am a designer that loves to find new outlooks on projects to create new and innovative designs and learning materials. I want to be able to add new ideas and be able to grow in my knowledge of design and push boundaries to create unique and attractive new designs and user learning experiences.
