I come from a large family with very different personalities so working with others has always come naturally to me. I have almost 10 years in customer service. I worked retail for most of those years where I developed my interpersonal skills. As most know, working with the public can sometimes be difficult but I have learned to treat every situation with patience and kindness.I have recently started work as a Service Desk Analyst. As a service desk analyst I am responsible for providing technical support to clients. Working as an analyst has helped me to improve many of my skill sets like my computer skills, communication skills, and problem solving skills just to name a few. I am open and excited to keep to new experiences and improving my skill sets.
