I am in my 12th year of teaching drama for English Language Learners. I have designed and built curriculums from 6th through 12th grades. I have directed both plays and musicals for students in middle and high school and have a stage management background so I can plan, execute and help build props and sets for school shows. As a Fine Arts Department Chair I have led Professional Development for K-12 teachers in school and at international conferences.In my current role as Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) Coordinator I maintain the program budget, coordinate bringing in guest artists for our students as well out extra curricular programing. I direct and produce the Middle/High school musical and serve as producer for all other programs and shows through our VAPA program.
