As a Sales Manager, I am responsible ultimately for the continued growth of both sales & gross profit of a top-3 office for Tradesmen International in the country. Directly responsible for maintaining operations of a full-staffed 7 person sales team that covers the vast majority of Northeastern & Central Wisconsin. Also responsible for training & development of both new sales team members, as well as tenured sales team members as they grow to the next level in sales. When a fully-trained & functional sales team is in place, my responsibility shifts to client development which includes; direct-large scale prospecting, active-using client relationship development, order processing & filling, and assisting with day-to-day operations of maintaining working client relationships. Daily operations could include; invoicing questions, collections processes, order completions, order entries, project management tasks, and ensuring client's expectations are met through various other tasks.I also assist with Sales Training on both a regional & national level; training new sales team members both on-site throughout the state, through conference calls / webinars, and attending / instructing sales training courses at our corporate location in Ohio.
