With a BA in Psychology from Portland State University, I have a keen interest in understanding the human condition and applying psychological principles to various settings and situations. I have leveraged my education and work experience to create positive and supportive work environments for myself and others, as well as to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders.As an Office Coordinator at Edge Development, an Elliott Properties company, I’m responsible for managing the administrative and operational functions of the office, such as scheduling, filing, organizing, and event planning. I also work with property managers and leasing agents to ensure the smooth and timely communication of tenant inquiries. I’ve demonstrated my attention to detail, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills in my previous roles as a Front of House Manager at Petunia's Pies & Pastries and as an Assistant General Manager at Salt & Straw, where I led teams of staff members, oversaw daily operations, inventory management, and staff training, and delivered high quality goods and service to customers.
