I am fortunate to be in training and development for the last 20 years, which include Hong Leong Bank as an operation OTJ trainer, the Malaysian Institute of Management as a corporate training program developer, Thinking Minds as the owner of the business, trainer and its managing consultant.Currently I am employed by Ninjavan as a trainer for its customer service, sales and other teams.Why I love training is due to the passion I have in being a part of a team that makes changes in the organisation and in its people on to better themselves and to achieve their goals vision and dreams.
