I learned how to communicate with myself and with others, solve personnel problems effectively, and understand human behavior during my previous career. As a continuing education coordinator I had a few different roles: I worked with individual students to figure out their professional goals and help then understand their higher education options to met those goals.I also coordinated the recruitment and marketing for bachelors and masters programs, online certification programs and in-person allied health courses. I was the face and main contact for all continuing education programs and made sure to provide appropriate customer service for all current and potential students.I worked closely with all continuing education instructors to make sure they had everything they needed to facilitate their programs.

During my time with Girls Scouts of NYPENN Pathways I started first as the lead sales associate in the main Girl Scout store in Cicero, NY. I then had the opportunity to assist our community team, by running a few Anti-Bullying programs in the local inter-city schools of Syracuse. Girl Scouts then began a large adjustment into the Salesforce software to help with customer service and I was promoted to my final position at GS of NYPENN as the Customer Engagement Project Coordinator, based out of Watertown, NY. During my time with GS I was able to help develop a new customer service process within Salesforce software, analyze current workflow to create and update future customer service processes, assist volunteers, parents and girl's of all ages in finding products to best fit their needs, and help make a difference in the lives of young women.
