As a Restaurant General Manager at Hardcastle Restaurants, the master franchisee of McDonald's India (West & South), I oversee the daily operations and profitability of an outlet, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. I also lead and train a team of over 30 staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.I have a strong background in hospitality and hotel administration, having graduated with a B.Sc. degree from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, one of the premier institutes in the country. I have also developed my Customer service, and management skills through my previous roles as a People Development Manager and a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Hardcastle Restaurants, where I was responsible for staff recruitment, training, performance, and retention, as well as business operations, budgeting, and inventory. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and efficiency, such as implementing loyalty programs, local sales marketing, and optimizing staff scheduling and deployment. I am passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, while also creating a positive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
