Hello, fellow professionals! My name is Devan, and I am an experienced EHS & Security Manager with a passion for keeping people safe. Over the years, I have dedicated my career to creating a secure work environment for employees and promoting health and well-being in the workplace.My journey began as an Advanced EMT, where I witnessed first-hand the importance of safety protocols and emergency preparedness. This experience sparked my interest in the field of EHS and since then, I have been committed to continuous learning and growth in this field. As an EHS & Security Manager, I have successfully developed and implemented safety programs and procedures, conducted risk assessments, and provided training for employees. My goal is to create a culture of safety and security within organizations, where employees feel empowered to prioritize their well-being and take ownership of safety protocols.Beyond my professional career, I am also passionate about giving back to the community. I volunteer with local organizations to provide EMS during major events/disasters and teach CPR/AED and first aid to local organizations.
