Here in the simulator lab on campus I serve as the lead sim instructor which includes doing audits on other instructors as well as making the schedule and flight training in general. This job allows me to teach students how to fly and get the bad habits out of them before they start in a real airplane. I mostly teach instrument students procedures and good CRM while flying.

My job here entailed helping managing kitchen and front of house operations as well as training new crew members moving to the kitchen.

Managing day to day operation as well as running all shifts such as opening closing and middays. I was also part of the sales team which included selling memberships and upselling washes. Customer service and leadership played a huge role in this job since I interacted with almost all of the 600 cars a day we washed and serviced.

This job really built who I was as a person. It was my first job ever so I got to learn a lot about labor and customer service as well as how to talk to my co-workers. My job here also played a huge part in me learning about food safety and how to efficiently run a shift.
