The Sr. Coordinator, S4S Community Engagement at Starlight Children’s Foundation focuses on driving revenue by cultivating the streaming peer-to-peer community. Emphasizing community development, outreach, and retention, they build relationships, strategic lists, and assist in activating content creators for SCF campaigns while providing top-tier customer service to S4S donors and supporters.Responsibilities:1.) Database Management - Maintain detailed entries in Salesforce, update donor records, and manage data on streaming supporters.6.) Innovation and Trend Analysis - Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to enhance SCF’s presence in the streaming community, suggesting engagement features and creative strategies for fundraising optimization.

- Manage portfolio of 400+ relationships with broadcasters each year (Salesforce). Stewarding and supporting each through out 3 fundraising activations per year.- Manage and support 10-person Stream Ambassador Class & 20-person Ambassador Alumni class, including onboarding and offboarding.- Implement prior-campaign data-analysis to develop outreach strategies.- Develop and coordinate funnel to increase streamer engagement with the Starlight Discord leading to a 300% increase in membership in the first year.- Build out resources & educational materials for veteran and first-time Starlight fundraisers for the following programs: Tiltify, Twitch, X, Streamlabs, OBS, Bonfire, Discord, StreamElements, CrowdControl.- Create and delegate out tasks through Asana for our month-long activations, the S4S Press Start kick-off event, $50K to Mar10 Day kick-off event, United By Play eSports tournament, Ambassador onboarding, social calendars, creative requests, and general day-to-day of Stream for Starlight.- Manage relationships between vendors and partners in both a leadership and support role.- Create budgets for convention travel & activations, ambassador onboarding, retention box shipping, and general events.- Create and maintain a brand-friendly toolkit of assets for broadcasters to use including 400+ individual brand-friendly neon icons, overlays, alerts, infographics, font packages, emotes, Canva templates, etc.- Host in-person and digital events on both large and small scale (booth activations at TwitchCon & DreamHack, Office Hours hosted in Discord, and in-person meet-ups at conventions).- Work cross-functionally to build out marketing, brand awareness, and growth/retention strategies for each event.
