• Help PMs review URS • Perform site visits to customers to analyze their existing lines to collect data • Design the line by creating design solution (DS)• Review Order Specification (OS) and DI made by PM• Communicate and coordinate schedules and deadlines with Planning• Schedule meetings with OEM company to streamline integration• Write code for integrations with information from site visit, DS, and OEM meet-ings• Work with mechanical and electrical design to ensure correct dimensions of bracketry and parts required for integration• During FAT or SAT wire integration, troubleshoot, and modify PLC code if nec-essary to meet qualification requirements• Develop PLC logic and improvements on new and existing equipment• Keep open communication with regular OEM’s and store existing code to create “canned” solutions for quicker implementation on future installations
