I am an emerging and eager professional that thrives on organization and helping others! I look forward to growing and gaining more skills in my administrative journey. I cherish learning new things, perfecting new or existing processes and creating genuine bonds with the folks I work with. I am known as the "morale booster" in the office because I attempt to create a more comfortable and happy work environment. I believe working in the government doesn't have to be all doom and gloom! My coworkers know they can count on me to help them through an unfamiliar task and if I can't, I will guide them to who can. I have navigated over 150 staff members through new trainings, systems, COVID protocols and vaccine mandates. I live by the words of Eleanor Roosevelt, "for our own success to be real, it must contribute to the success of others." The best leaders I have known were highly invested in the successes of their people. My love for learning something new has paved the way for me to take additional training through my organization or online courses. I am always learning new ways to better myself personally and professionally. In my personal-time, I care for my two Dachshunds, play board games and listen to podcasts regularly.
