As a Regional Genomics Specialist at Complete Genomics, I work with clients across various sectors and regions to design and implement next-generation sequencing projects that address their research and clinical needs.I leverage my expertise in spatial biology, qPCR, and NGS to provide technical support and product training to regional sales managers and customers. I also collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement and innovation. I enjoy presenting new products and applications of genetic sequencing to clients and stakeholders, either remotely or in person.
