Senior Product Support Engineer
CurrentResponsibilities included designing, testing, implementation, support and user training for Logistics and ERP Solutions.Offer technical and functional inputs to the development team and support the acceleration of the development cycle.Preparing the proper documents for scheduling the recent developments as well as bug fixings.Understanding workflow processes, business requirements, and complex application systems.Author BRDs, use case, user story, test case documents and technical specification document .Coordinate activities related to the analysis of gaps, implementation, testing and documentation of products.Project scheduling and technology planning along with excellent team managing capabilities.Involve in the Software Development Life Cycle essentially to endure the deliverables to meet the client's requirement.Serve as a dedicated support person for topmost perpetual and cloud-based clients across regions.Offer rich insights to customers to upgrade products as per the contemporary technologies in the market.Provide support for existing customers, coordinate technical specifications, and test new releases.Solicit client feedback to assess client satisfaction around areas of engagement, projects management and or client support.Responsible for training and implementation to new customers/ new joiners.Perform onsite and off-site implementation and support.Generate revenue through achieving achieve sales target by promoting products to existing and new customers.
