Opera,Receivable:-  Daily Sales Report. Daily cash collection & Reconciliation against revenue Reconciliation of Foreign Exchange Currency  Checking of Room folios & their Settlement. Checking & settlement of Restaurant & Banquet Bills. Reconciliation of Daily Credit cards & Debtors ledger. Revenue & Invoice Generation. Debtors Aging Reports & Follow – up for the Payments. Checking & Reconciliation of Debtors Bills for BTC Bills Processing. Payable:-.  Make & distribute Contractors payments, checking of bills. Reconciliation of Creditors Bills. Govt. Dues TDS Deduction, Vat (Sale Tax), Service Tax & Luxury Tax Return File – TDS, VAT, Service Tax , Luxury Tax, GST Prepared, payment & return also.  Handling Front Office Cash/Petty Cash, F&B Cash and Service Charge. Process monthly Employee Salary, EPF & ESIC Making JV, Purchase, Payment & Receipt voucher etc Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation – Revenue & Payable A/c & Bank work.
