■ SIC of DAPL section in “Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga” Cross Country Gas Pipeline Project in India. Present assignment involves Planning and execution of 36”NG Pipeline, length of 206Km.■ Manage contractors mobilization, execution and as per the availability of work front.■ Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA (P6). Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. ■ Preparing strategy for project execution in discussion with RCM.■ Review of the Crossing methodology & Crossing Drawing Such as Open cut & Thrust Boring and Horizontal Directional Drilling.■ Tracking and maintain scope changes of Mechanical items for Piping, Structural Steel & Mechanical Equipment’s and its effect on the overall project schedule■ Read scope, Develop & Implement the Work Breakdown system(WBS)■ Formulating and closely monitoring MCEDS as per the site requirement ■ Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.■ Review and forecast Contractor Work front availability and conduct continuity of work analysis.■ Monitoring the performance level of the agency units for ensuring accomplishment of the target

■ Spearheading efforts as in charge Cast House area and reporting to Manager Head Maintenance about all the Maintenance activities of Cast House using maintenance tool like SAP PM module■ Entrusted with the responsibility of Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance / overhauling of various Mechanical equipment’s & Utilities for increasing the equipment up time and long term equipment reliability.■ Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking corrective measures / steps to rectify the equipments through application of troubleshooting tools. ■ Involved in Supervision of maintenance contract and execution of erection of various turnkey projects of the department from time to time.■ Increasing the quality of spares and reducing the cost by Developing new vendors■ Proficiently managing technical drawings formations, improvement suggestions, means to reduce COPs etc.■ Organizing regular periodic meetings & trainings for staff & engineers for discussing current work issues and devising solutions for enhanced operations
