I am a UK qualified lawyer with 19 years of experience advising clients in the shipping, offshore energy and renewable energy industries through my consultancy, DKC which was established in 2020. I have represented clients and advised on complex structured finance transactions, M&As, offshore energy projects and, increasingly, renewable energy projects. The transactions and projects I have worked on have often involved multiple jurisdictions across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East. Having lived and worked in Europe (London and Piraeus) and currently in Singapore, I am acutely aware of, and sensitive to, different business customs and country risks.
