•Managed a team of Project Coordinators and 65+ Field Personnel in Abu Dhabi catering to all ADNOC and various EPC Multi-National Companies, both onshore and offshore.•Led the Department in QHSE and Operations, conducted audits and provided with more than satisfactory results due to the in-depth knowledge of the companies polices and safety / service bulletins.•Executed projects and delivery within the approved cost budgets and maximized return via optimum utilization of resources and keeping the overhead cost to the minimum.•Implemented QHSE within the Business Unit, and regular awareness session conducted to promote the HSE environment with field and office personnel. •Managed policies of direct reports and acted as the primary information source for the business unit.•Led the department to implement Business Improvement Processes and digitization within the Sales, Operations and Commercial Team to streamline the order to cash cycle, hereby reducing the DSO to 60 days. •Constantly reviewed the assessments and training of the team to uphold the quality of work executed on the project delivery.•Created Knowledge Management process of project documents.•Created and Implemented Preventive and Corrective Maintenance procedures and documents for both Bolting and Machining equipment’s.•Conducted Training for the team on D365 Finops, CRM and Power Bi. Part of the core team member during the implementation of the Microsoft D365.•Contributed on collecting data from the field to improve the quality of work and time taken to effectively complete the job and simultaneously advising the end user / client with reports on job completion within the limited time frame.
