Testing and Characterization of RFIC for the measurement of Gain, Flatness, Bandwidth occupied, Harmonics, Noise figure, Phase noise etc using Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, DMM etc.  Recommend new test techniques and technologies to ensure system performance.  Develop test procedures and strategies to carry out system testing.  Analyze and troubleshoot RF test equipment in a timely and accurate manner.  Work in compliance with company policies and testing guidelines.  Mentor RF Testers and conduct job training when required.  Understand customer requirements and accordingly prepare test specifications.  To generate and keep track of testing documents to meet customer requirements.

I was deputed in RF Division of SAC, ISRO. In this division, i was assigned as scientific assistant for satellite sub-systems like various frequency band receivers, frequency UP/DOWN converters, and beacon sources etc. Fabrication of above Systems, Testing and troubleshooting of communication satellite RF subsystems. Performing Acceptance test, IBT (Initial Bench Test) to FBT (Final Bench Test), Thermal Cycling test, EMI/EMC test, Vibration test of the above subsystems.

As a Quality control engineer, I was engaged in SMPS & Temperature Controller Division.  Testing of SMPS in CRO for the measurement of current and voltage regulation, Short circuit protection, over load protection. Troubleshooting of SMPS those who rejected during testing.  Testing and Calibration of J/K type temperature controller.  Reviewed and validated quality requirements for manufacturing planning, supplier purchase orders and engineering specifications to meet contract compliance regulations.
